Schmidts corner bar has better then average bar food , much better. Great pizzas and alot of creativity in the food for example : the pizza was a "new" creation of salami , cheese , black and green olives and onions. I was skeptical but my friend ordered one and we tried it. Very good and even delicious. Plenty to drink there as well.
Music can be a bit loud here at times, but the food is good, and it's a decently busy bar considering the location.My main complaint is that the wing Thursdays aren't as much of a deal anymore, but if you're a fan of dry rub, they are worth having.
Sara was amazing. She made sure we could eat after driving all day. She never rushed us and made us smile. Definitely come here the wings are fantastic!!!!
Had the Thursday wing special. 80 cents each minimum of 10. Choice of bone in or boneless. A few local craft beer on tap. I was happy about that! Will definitely be back.
Great pizza. Laid back atmosphere. Kenner pizza is the bomb.
Honestly, we were kind of nervous going in because it looks kinda questionable on whether or not it was an actual restaurant on the outside. But the inside is nice. Food was good. The bartender was the cook and she was the only one working and she did a great job keeping up. If we were locals we'd definitely be back.
The wings and pizza were great! This is obviously a local bar, so the menu is limited and, at times, it can be busy. However, the food is solid and the beer selection is decent.
